Created to make moving feel less overwhelming

I'm Kate, founder of Settli.

Like many people, I know how quickly moving home can become overwhelming. There are so many people involved, so many moving parts, and so many moments where you are waiting for someone else to respond before you can move forward.

Even when everything is technically progressing, it can still feel unclear. You are trying to keep track of emails, documents, calls, dates, decisions and next steps - often while juggling work, family and everyday life at the same time.

So I set out to create something that made that process feel calmer.

Not by replacing solicitors, estate agents or mortgage advisers, but by helping you to keep your side of the process organised.

I took my mammoth spreadsheet, where I was simply trying to stay on top of everything, and I created Settli.

Settli is designed to give you one place to track what is happening, what needs doing, who is involved, and what may need attention next.

My background is in marketing, systems and helping businesses bring order to complex processes. Settli brings that same thinking to the moving process: taking something that can feel scattered and stressful, and turning it into a clearer journey with practical next steps.

This is not about making moving perfect. It is about making it feel more manageable.

Because moving should not live entirely in your head

So much of the stress of moving comes from the mental load: remembering what has been done, what is still outstanding, who you need to chase, what stage you are at, and what happens next.

Settli exists to reduce that mental load.
